About Dale

Born in Texas, I grew up in California. I traveled extensively around the United States, Europe, and Asia before settling down.

Raised in a small family, I am proud of my parents who modeled loving values, established a legacy, and created a solid family life for my two brothers and me.

I graduated Cum Laude from Utah State University with a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning in 1981. After graduation, I accepted my first career position at a Landscape Architectural firm in Boston, Massachusetts.

After three years with the firm, I spent the next six years traveling the U.S. and Asia. In Japan, I taught English as a Second Language with Berlitz School of Languages.

On Christmas Eve, 1990, I returned to California to spend the holidays with my parents before accepting a Landscape Architect position that spring with the U.S. Forest Service.

Seven years later I entered the financial services industry and I have never looked back. This is the best kind of work in the world. There is a time when one realizes that you have found the solution - the kind of work that is long lasting and pleasurable. This is it. My enthusiasm for the work comes from a desire to help people make good choices to protect themselves and their families from unexpected financial disaster and create a secure future without the devastation that can come from circumstances not planned for. Insurance, as you may already know, is a complicated business. Done well it can provide a long and comfortable retirement.

When I'm not helping clients, I enjoy rock climbing (which I have done for over 20 years), sewing, gardening and carpentry. When you're ready to build financial wealth and protect your assets and health, give me a call.

Best wishes in health.
